Akway manufactures handwoven rattan, bamboo and cane home decor in our own workshops in India, and supplies it wholesale to importers, retailers and interior trade buyers overseas. Mirrors, lighting, baskets and furniture, made to order, shipped ex Nhava Sheva in 30–45 days.

What do you manufacture for export?
Everything we sell is made in our own workshops rather than bought in, so any of the four categories below can be produced to order in volume. Browse the live ranges to see weaves, finishes and sizes — then tell us what you want built.
- Rattan and cane wall mirrors — round, arched and oversized, 67 designs live. Our most requested export line.
- Pendant and hanging lights, wall lamps and sconces, table lamps and floor lamps — woven shades in rattan, bamboo, cane and jute.
- Storage baskets and organisers — wicker, seagrass and bamboo, with and without lids, nested sets available.
- Bamboo and cane furniture — accent chairs, swing chairs, bed headboards, side tables and shelving.
We also supply cane webbing and rattan mesh by the roll as raw material, in 2 ft widths, for buyers manufacturing their own pieces.
Where do you export to?
Import rules for rattan and bamboo differ by market — the US now wants a Lacey Act declaration on them, while the EU's deforestation regulation does not cover them at all. We have written the detail up per region:
- Wholesale supply to the USA — Lacey Act species and harvest data, US port transit times
- Wholesale supply to the UK — UKTR due-diligence data, roughly four weeks to Felixstowe
- Wholesale supply to Europe — where EUDR does and does not apply, Rotterdam and onward ports

Who do you supply?
Importers, wholesalers, furniture and home-decor retailers, interior designers specifying for projects, and hospitality buyers fitting out hotels, villas and homestays. Akway has been supplying since 2018, from a workshop making rattan and bamboo by hand since 2008 as Pawan Emporium, with 50+ artisan families working across our workshops.

Do you supply rattan mirrors wholesale?
Yes — wall mirrors are our most requested export category, in round, arched and oversized formats. Send the designs and quantities and we will quote.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is quoted on request. It varies by design and by how many designs you combine in one order, so a mixed container often works out lower per design than you would expect.
How long does production take?
30–45 days from confirmed order, before shipping time. These are handwoven pieces made to order, not pulled from stock.
Which port do you ship from?
Nhava Sheva (JNPT). Tell us your destination port and we can work to your freight forwarder or quote through ours.
What are your payment terms?
50% advance to begin production, balance before dispatch.
Can you make designs to our specification?
Send drawings or reference images and we will tell you what is possible in rattan, bamboo or cane and what it would cost. We manufacture in our own workshops, so sizes and finishes are not fixed to what is on the website.
